About this role:

Become the new Bid Manager for this expanding national architecture practice.

Having gone from strength to strength in the past two years, this practice has doubled in size and recently won some of Sydney's most recognizable projects.

The mission of the Bid Manager role is to contribute to this growth through the preparation, approval and submittal of competitive tenders, quotations and unsolicited proposals based on client tender requirements.

In this role, you will also be contributing to marketing aspects such as the preparation, approval and submittal of competitive tenders, quotations and unsolicited proposals based on client tender requirements.

You would be joining a forward-thinking team, who pride themselves on helping their team progress and excel in their role with regular performance reviews.

The culture and environment is extremely cohesive, with weekly team lunches and socials.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Managing and delivering the formal responses to Expressions of Interest and Tender Documents [government and private], working to meet deadline
  • Writing, editing, and formatting submissions and marketing collateral
  • Maintaining and creating company profiles and sector brochure
  • Maintaining and creating staff CV's
  • General Marketing all relevant awards entries, assisting with digital and traditional marketing collateral, visual presentations etc.

Skills and Experience:

  • 5+ years industry experience required
  • Writing and editing skills
  • A sound understanding of the technical requirements for print and digital output
  • Be adept at understanding tender requirements and deadline
  • Possess excellent communication and liaison skills with senior management and key stakeholders
