As the Educational Leader, you will play a pivotal role in shaping young minds and making a positive impact on children's lives.


  • Develop and implement engaging educational programs that promote the holistic development of children.
  • Provide leadership and support to the OSHC team, cultivating a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Mentor and guide educators in delivering highquality learning experiences, with a focus on personalised care and attention.
  • Foster strong relationships with children, families, and the wider community, promoting open and effective communication.

Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in a leadership role within an OSHC/ECE setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement with children, families, and staff members.
  • Ability to develop and implement innovative educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
