Producing some of Australia's favourite beverages, Tooheys is a New South Wales institution As an
Area Leader - Glass, you will support the glass line ensuring performance metrics, production rates and wastage benchmarks are met.

In this role you will be responsible for safety, quality, and performance within the brewery.

This role will have a dual focus on both people leadership, for a team of Packaging Operators, and production plan execution to ensure efficient operations are maintained.


The line operates Monday - Friday 24 hours and this role will operate across a 3-shift rotation (days, nights, afternoons).

This role will be based on site at the Tooheys Brewery in Lidcombe, NSW and is a
permanent full-time opportunity.


What you'll bring:

  • Experience within a manufacturing/production environment or trade/mechanical background.
  • Previous team leadership experience or looking to develop into a leadership role.
  • A mindset of continuous improvement and the ability to operate in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with SAP and lean methodologies (TPM)
  • Analytical and systematic thinking ability, to enable effective problem solving.

  • Champion a safety-first culture at the Brewery
  • Lead and develop the team to achieve tasks and support with talent building.
  • Action weekly production plans with a focus on waste and stoppage minimisation
  • Deployment of TPM and Broadplan initiatives and projects
