Purpose of the role:

Due to continued growth, we are currently looking for Customer Support Consultants to join the dedicated and passionate team in our Kawana office. This role will see you personally engage with our customers to deliver a high-quality customer experience. You will be responsible for managing towing and break down calls and managing these cases from start to end, this is an inbound service environment.

Position Accountabilities:

  • Takes ownership of customer towing queries and see these through to completion with a focus on first call resolution
  • Effectively use technology and tools provided to administer customer cases, stay up to date with information, and adhere to rosters and schedules.
  • Demonstrates a keenness to learn and develop by conducting self-analysis against key performance indicators and takes proactive steps to address gaps
  • Works in collaboration with others and actively participates in team discussions and activities in a positive and engaging way

Qualifications & Experience:
