We are looking for a highly organised and motivated Information Support Officer to join our client, a local council in Western Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment and contribute to a meaningful cause.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a vital role in supporting the organisation's information management processes.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing highquality assistance to staff with enquiries related to electronic document and records management systems (EDRMS)
  • Adhering to the State Records Act 1998 and associated Records Management standards
  • Demonstrating excellent organisational, problemsolving, and analytical skills
  • Collaborating effectively with stakeholders and building strong relationships through outstanding customer service
  • Contributing to Council's values through your work

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated working knowledge of the State Records Act 1998 and associated Records Management standards
  • Experience using Electronic Document and Records Management System/s (EDRMS)
  • Strong organisational, problemsolving, and analytical skills
  • Excellent collaboration and negotiation skills
