We are seeking a switched on and professional office manager with strong front-of-house and stakeholder engagement skills to be face of the Australian Head Office.

You will work alongside an inspiring and engaged team in state of the art offices in the heart of the CBD.

This pivotal role is the first point of contact for stakeholders onsite and over phone. This opportunity suits someone who enjoys delivering the highest level of service to high-calibre clients, board members and more.


You will be responsible for office management along with partnering with the Executive Assistants on a range of ad-hoc needs including supporting with event coordination, PA support and special projects as directed.


Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • Monitoring and maintaining various forms of data and documentation in a confidential manner.
  • Managing all Database and software programs, ensuring process is followed appropriately across the office.
  • Office operations including managing key vendor accounts, couriers, catering, maintaining consumables, office presentation etc.
  • Client contact and liaison on behalf of team as required
  • Adhoc admin and coordination support to the broader team including assisting the EA's as required and supporting with event coordination and more.

Who you are?

  • Previous experience in a similar office management, team assistant or highlevel corporate reception role within professional services is desired
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong initiative and a flexible, solutions focussed approach to your days.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to liaise at all levels in a warm and respectful manner.
  • Polished presentation, comfortable in a corporate environment
  • Confident and experienced using the MS Office suite along with other databases and software packages.
This role is a full-time, permanent position based in the CBD. This position will be office based due to the ownership of front of house in addition to office management.

The hours for this role are Monday to Friday, 9.00am - 5.30pm.
