Great southern Bank is seeking a skilled and experienced retention insights and reporting professional to join its CX department.

As the bank continues to strengthen its focus in the Australian Home Loan Market, this new role will be responsible for providing proactive insights to support ongoing retention activity.


The opportunity
Key areas of responsibility include.

  • Lead and manage customer retention analytics at Great Southern Bank.
  • Collaborate with Senior Manager of Retention Strategy and other stakeholders to optimize retention initiatives.
  • Proactively identify areas of product churn and process failure and utilize analytics to drive campaign outcomes.
  • Analyse and document processes, identifying points of failure and opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Utilize datasets to improve marketing performance, reach, and return on investment.
  • Design and implement test plans to understand drivers of response and value and develop and track metrics for campaign effectiveness.

About you

  • Excellent skills in Excel (Macro Level) and SQL are required, as well as experience with data systems and governance.
  • Familiarity with SAS Enterprise Guide, SAS Enterprise Miner, SAS Olap Cubes, SAS Web Report Studio, SAS VA, SSIS, SSRS, Power BI, or other visualization tools is also preferred.
  • In addition to a relevant tertiary qualification, certification in SAS, AWS, or other relevant technologies is advantageous.
