National 360 provides high-quality Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Speech Pathology, Behaviour Support and AHA services to clients of all ages and abilities within the NDIS, Aged-Care, and Insurance sectors.

The role and why you should apply*Team Leaders at National 360 provide support to a multidisciplinary team to make a difference in the lives of others.

Team Leaders maintain an independent caseload, providing services in home, clinic, and community settings, and collaborate closely with other Team Leaders and Senior Managers to achieve business goals relating to client service and care, team development and connections, team performance and wellbeing.


In your role you'll be there to support and lead our wonderful Sydney team as they provide support to the wider community.

Our Sydney team cover an area that extends out to Sydney's Western suburbs down to the Cronulla Shire, this is split geographically across to physical office locations in Alexandria and Parramatta.

In addition to this our Sydney team is growing and we'd love a Team Leader whose passionate about growing the National 360 brand.

We believe that talented and passionate therapists are developed and nurtured, not just found through an exhaustive list of requirements.

We like to keep an open mind when it comes to bringing therapists onboard With that being said, there are a few requirements for our therapists which are:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Speech Pathology
  • At least 3 years' clinical experience in the private or public sector
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and an interest in operational management
  • AHPRA / AASW or SPA Registration
  • An interest in providing services to people living with disability and neurological disorders
  • The ability to develop positive relationships and trust with those in the community and the workplace
  • A learning mindset and commitment to continuous development
  • NDISWC / WWCC (or willingness to apply)
