We are currently in search of an experienced Information Management Lead to join our team for a multi-million-dollar EPC project in Karratha. The role involves coordinating and maintaining the governance and integrity of Engineering Information Systems, particularly in relation to controlled project information.

This full-time role is based in our Perth CBD office with options for flexible working.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement Engineering Information Management strategy - controlled deliverables, project records, and engineering data.
  • Develop Information Management and Handover throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensure compliance of Controlled Information with statutory requirements.
  • Establish workflows and manage Project setup requirements.
  • Offer expert advice on efficient document management practices.
  • Maintain reporting tools for Project Documentation.
  • Engage with project and engineering managers to provide updates, highlight concerns/issues, and suggest potential changes.

What You'll Bring to the Team:

  • More than 10 years' experience in engineering contracting or consultancy.
  • Over 5 years' experience in Information Management or a related role.
  • Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
