About the Opportunity Do you have a passion for ICT project delivery? We are looking for someone who is dedicated to seeing multiple ICT projects through to completion, enjoys working in a technical (ICT) team environment and has excellent communication skills.


This role is responsible for:

Involvement in all aspects of project delivery from developing a project plan, sourcing and managing of contractors where applicable to implementation and engaging with internal stakeholders, through to closure and post-implementation review Ensure projects are delivered on time, and within budget and scope Assist project teams and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop high level project plans, scopes, cost estimates and document functional and non-functional requirements for individual projects Coordinate the evaluation of vendor submissions in accordance with Council's Procurement Policy and Guidelines.

Communicate with stakeholders about the status of projects and relevant project activities.

Strong business analysis skills and the ability to manage workshops, meetings and focus-sessions to elicit requirements from SMEs and IT staff.

This role is a permanent, full-time opportunity with a Monthly ADO.
The total remuneration package begins at $116 K (Band 7) including superannuation.

About You To be our successful candidate you will have: Tertiary qualification in a related discipline, or equivalent substantial experience in delivering successful IT or technology-related projects in a mid-to large enterprise.

Proven ability to manage technology projects from conception through to completion/closure, including an understanding of accepted Project Management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Prince2 etc)Well-developed analytical and investigative skills with a strong understanding of how to deliver IT projects in a complex environment.

Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adapt to changing conditions and priorities effectively.
Excellent communication (written & verbal) and time management skills and attention to detail.
