... about to be, or already certified as a Nurse Practitioner, with high-level nursing skills and a good grounding in adult and aged health. You also have:

Reporting to the Executive Care Manager, the role requires:

  • An advanced level of clinical input and independent practice that can advocate for and direct residents' care in a timely manner
  • The ability to nurture and upskill registered nurses and care team to instil confidence in improving resident outcomes.
  • Partnering with GPs and primary healthcare providers to optimise available resources and outcomes
  • The capacity to assess complex situations, enabling staff to confidently deliver appropriate care
  • Providing first class care that facilitates hospital avoidance
  • Ensuring good deaths and end of life care
