Located in Brisbane, Flight Centre Travel Academy (FCTA) is Flight Centre's educational arm, providing university-level courses that open doors to jobs and careers in the Travel and Tourism industry.
We are currently seeking a Facilitator to deliver exceptional learning experiences for students pursuing a Diploma of Travel and Tourism qualification at a tertiary level. This role plays a crucial part in engaging students, ensuring compliance with education standards, and enhancing business operations.
The Facilitator will be responsible for creating and maintaining an engaging and interactive learning environment that fosters a supportive and inclusive atmosphere for our students.
This opportunity is available in BNE/SYD/MEL/PER.
What you will be doing:
- Online facilitation of course subjects, Q&A sessions, role plays, coaching calls, and O-Week sessions
- In-person facilitation of course subjects and student events
- Regular coaching calls
- Student support through our defined processes
- Providing constructive feedback to students
- Grading student assessments
- Assessment moderation
- Monthly subject set up and reporting
- Scholarly projects
Who You Are...
- Minimum 5 years' experience in the Travel and Tourism industry
- Prior facilitation and/or training experience
- Emphasis on development and teamwork
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Self-driven and motivated
