The services are provided in a variety of inpatient units on hospital sites (Kingston, Clayton, Dandenong, Casey), community mental health and a variety of residential settings.

We also provide several specialist and statewide services. We are currently implementing the recommendations from the Victorian Mental Health Royal Commission.

About the Role

Reporting to the General Manager, you will provide leadership, project management and business support for the Mental Health Program (MHP).

The role will work collaboratively across the MHP and more broadly across Monash Health to ensure agreed deliverables are achieved in an effective and efficient manner.

In addition to this, you will work collaboratively with the MHP Program Director and Senior Operational and Clinical Management Team to plan and implement business and service improvement initiatives that support the strategic and operational service development and delivery.

The Business and Service Lead ensures clinical and professional governance frameworks across the MHP are operationalised and effective and will assume accountability of assigned large scale projects delivering on agreed objectives, quality reporting and meeting deadlines.

This is a full time ongoing role, based at Dandenong Hospital with generous remuneration.
