  • Lead and manage the team in delivering impartial, professional and quality adjudications, court documentation, disclosure of information, prosecutorial information and other written and verbal correspondence, including performing quality assurance of processes and documents.
  • Build and maintain communication networks with internal and external clients and stakeholders to consult on Camera Detected Offence Program (CDOP) prosecution, operations and legislation related issues.
  • Analyse current and proposed legislation and advise on the impact to Road Safety Camera Office policies, processes and practices as well as legislative requirements driven, for example, by preferred business and technology changes.
  • Evaluate information and provide relevant, accurate and timely expert advice to senior management on policy considerations, strategic opportunities and business improvements to build organisational capability and contribute to Road Safety Camera Office operations, compliance, enforcement and prosecution functions.
  • Provide human resource management, including recruitment, performance management and development of staff, and foster an outcomesfocused workplace and continuous improvement culture.
