Council Of The City Of Sydney, Australia Vicinity Centres Full time

Role Purpose:

  • Taking the lead in the shop opening process and timely delivery of tenancies across Centres
  • Establishing a strategic framework for delivering value across various areas
  • Managing tenancy delivery processes for retailers and achieving delivery outcomes

Your Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing tenancy delivery management across a retail portfolio
  • Acting as a central liaison between builders, fit-out contractors, retailers, and shopping centre management teams
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to ensure great outcomes for all tenants
  • Driving project outcomes, meeting deadlines, and managing costs efficiently

What We Look For:

  • Previous experience as a Tenancy Delivery Manager in the retail shopping centre environment
  • Ability to foresee and address tenancy delivery issues proactively
  • Expertise in creating delivery strategies and identifying scope gaps
  • Strong time management, flexibility, and problem-solving skills
