What role will you play?


Working in a fast moving and ever-changing contact centre you will be the first point of contact for phone-based enquiries from customers of our retail bank.

You may also provide support to our customers via other channels such as online chat services.

You will take ownership of customer queries and liaise with multiple teams internally to provide an exceptional experience for our customers, every time.


What you offer

  • Previous customer service experience (ideally in a contact centre environment).
  • Professional and engaging communications skills.
  • Genuine commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes for clients.
  • Strong systems experience and an ability to follow processes.
  • The ability to problemsolve with a high level of attention to detail.
