Our client, who is highly regarded in the insurance industry, is currently recruiting 3x Client Services Officers to join their growing team.

You will be a direct contact for all clients providing strong customer service.

To be successful in this role, you don't have to be an insurance guru, you just need to have a positive attitude.

We will teach you the rest Come and join an industry that is solid and secure.

Skills and Experience:

  • Exceptional organisational and administration skills
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • A customerfocused and collaborative approach
  • Friendly and positive attitude to fit in with a fun team
  • Ability to multitask and manage a variety of tasks at any one time
  • Not essential but experience working with contracts in any industry is ideal

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conducting introduction meetings with clients and stakeholders
  • General Office duties
  • Liaising with relevant insurance companies
