The Organisation:

The Position:


Due to further investment of one of their major precincts, your focus will be to oversee the delivery of hard services and tenancy fitouts, compliance, contractor management and operations management.

Working alongside a Senior Operations Manager you will work in a close-knit, high-performing team who collaboratively are committed to making a difference.


_Your responsibilities will include:
_


  • Providing a high level of customer service to tenants and responding in a timely and effective manner to any queries or issues which arise
  • Identifying and actioning repairs and maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operations
  • Coordinating and managing all maintenance and tenancy work being performed by contractors and subcontractors
  • Scoping, tendering, appointment and management of servicerelated contracts to the satisfaction of all stakeholders
  • Assisting in the preparation and implementation of Opex and Capex budgets
  • Carrying out tenancy fitouts and overseeing capital delivery to ensure a quality and safe approach.

_Your Background and Experience:
_


  • You will possess all round operational experience with a good appreciation of hard services regarding HVAC, BMS, electrical, plumbing and handyman duties.
  • You may have prior experience in working in highrise commercial, shopping centres, health or hospitality
  • You will ideally demonstrate experience in financial, budgeting, forecasting, business planning and monitoring
  • The passion with respect to delivering projects and tenancy fitouts is desirable
  • You will enjoy working as part of a collaborative team player and enjoy value adding
  • Hours of work are Sunday to Thursday from 09:00 to 05:00pm. Flexibility is on offer to exchange to Sunday for important family/personal events.
