As the Senior Construction Manager, you will be the site lighthouse for multi-discipline site teams, each movement aligned with Fluor's commitment to excellence and client satisfaction.

Part of your role is navigating challenges. Your expertise allows you to manage these in a composed and measured manner ensuring services are aligned with contract documents and every risk is mitigated with strategic foresight.

An important part of this role is the professional and personal growth of the team. Under your guidance, staff development flourishes. You're not just a manager; you're a mentor, offering training, feedback, and opportunities for professional growth.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent in a relevant field.
  • Fulfill the statutory role and accountabilities of the Site Senior Executive SSE.
  • Twenty years of related experience, or a combination of education and equivalent experience totaling twenty-four years for non-degree candidates.
