Qualifications and experience

  • Someone with at least 1 year medical reception experience
  • A passion for providing an exceptional customer service experience
  • Willing to learn new procedures and skills with a high attention to detail
  • Calm phone manner, great verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise and organise daily duties
  • Confident computer skills on Mac, Windows, and Google Workspace
  • A current drivers license
  • Knowledge of Social Media Advantageous

Duties:

  • Management of the Cliniko appointment diary, to maintain an on time day for our patients and podiatrists
  • Processing payments using HICAPS and rebooking patient appointments
  • Strong attention to detail in all tasks, to ensure our patient records are kept up to date, secure and confidential
  • Administration tasks including managing incoming and outgoing mail, daily sales reconciliation
  • Footwear and foot care product sales
  • Sterilising medical equipment and maintaining a clean and Covid safe clinic
  • Working closely with the podiatrists as a team and managing the on time arrival of patient orthotics
  • Transferring of items between clinics when needed
  • Set rostered days

Our clinics offer a full range of Podiatric services and products including but not limited to:

  • Assess painful musculoskeletal conditions with diagnostic ultrasound, video gait analysis, in-shoe pressure analysis;
  • Treat musculoskeletal pain with orthotic therapy, MLS Laser, shockwave, foot mobilistaion therapy, dry needling, or other conservative therapies;
  • Our practitioners prescribe and model orthotics and are equipped to prescribe footwear modifications, Richie Brace, Surestep, AFO's, or custom made orthotic sandals;
  • Wart removal with revolutionary SWIFT microwave technology;
  • Toenail & wart surgery;
  • Fungal nail treatments with PACT;
  • Nail restoration with Keriflex;
  • World class diabetic foot care with the Hadeco Smartdop XT, biosthersiometre, and inshoe pressure analysis;
  • General foot care for corns, callous, and nail conditions.
  • Footwear on site;
