The Business Agility Specialist responsibilities include:

  • Create and continually evolve content for Agile Training and Playbook
  • Train executives, managers, and leaders socialise the new concepts, provide orientation, and training. Teach and facilitate learning modules for leaders, managers, and stakeholders
  • Design and Implement assessment methods to help Rio Tinto understand where we are on our path to business agility and define improvement pathways
  • Helping teams navigate their existing waterfall organisations and remove impediments to their agility
  • Build Communities of Practice that extend knowledge across the organisation
  • Configure Agile tools e.g. ADO

Key Criteria

  • Have extensive Agile delivery and coaching experience (10+ years)
  • SAFe Implementation experience (
    mandatory)
  • SPC SAFe Certification (_
    desired_)
  • Have extensive theoretical and practical experience utilising various Agile Methodologies including SAFe, Scrum and Kanban
  • Have strong verbal, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Energetic, cando attitude and experience delivering desirable outcomes in fast pace and complex environments
  • Display a growth mindset, passion for learning, collaborating with others and sharing knowledge
  • Able to build meaningful working relationships across teams and with stakeholders at all levels
  • Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, safety, and high trust

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Pay:
$ $950.00 per day
