About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Agile Coach to join our team in Perth. As an Agile Coach, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their business goals through the implementation of Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coach clients in the adoption and implementation of Agile methodologies, including SAFe and Lean Six Sigma.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to clients on Agile principles and practices.
  • Facilitate workshops and sessions to help clients improve their processes and workflows.
  • Work with clients to identify and prioritize business value streams and implement value stream mapping.
  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement customized solutions to address their complex business challenges.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to clients on the use of JIRA and other collaboration tools.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing success with Agile methodologies.
Requirements
  • SAFe SPC Certified (or SAFe LPM and SAFe POPM Certification)
  • Lean Six Sigma background or experience with flow metrics
  • Value Stream mapping experience
  • Tools Knowledge: JIRA, Collaboration Tools (Miro/Mural/Whiteboard)
  • Strong content creation abilities and experience
  • Facilitation and prioritization (WSJF Model) skills
  • SAFe Training Experience for different specialized roles
  • Ability to fit content to the context
  • Leads and participates in Community of Practice
  • Team player and adaptive
  • Innovation and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to work independently in client environments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
