Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement customized Agile solutions for clients
  • Provide training and coaching to clients on Agile principles and practices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure successful project outcomes
Requirements
  • SAFe SPC Certification (or SAFe LPM and SAFe POPM Certifications)
  • Lean Six Sigma background or experience with flow metrics
  • Value Stream mapping experience
  • Tools Knowledge: JIRA, Collaboration Tools (Miro/Mural/Whiteboard)
  • Strong content creation abilities and experience
  • Facilitation and prioritization (WSJF Model) skills, with ability to align and influence Senior Leadership
  • SAFe Training Experience for different specialized roles: PO, PM, Architects, RTE, SM
  • Ability to fit content to context
  • Leads and participates in Community of Practice
  • Team player and adaptive, willing to adapt to and contribute to WP Ways Of Working
  • Innovation and problem-solving mindset, with ability to find solutions with available resources
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
