We are seeking a
Full Time Team Leader at one of the largest banking and financial services in the world, located in
Melbourne CBD.


Based at the Concierge Desk you will be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring all guests are welcomes, and looked after whilst organising, meeting rooms, catering, event planning and general administrative duties.


This role is Monday to Friday. Valid RSA and Police Check are required.

Your day might look like this:

  • Provide a warm, professional, friendly, and welcoming style of service to customers and clients at all times
  • Book meeting rooms and inroom catering whilst providing accurate and relevant information
  • Register incoming and outgoing correspondence

The Person

  • A professional and approachable manner, confident in dealing with senior executives, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Minimum 12 months experience in a similar corporate reception capacity or experience gained in a front office environment within a fivestar hotel will be highly regarded
  • Intermediate experience using Microsoft Office
  • Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Impeccable personal presentation
  • Experience with food and beverage advantageous
  • Ability to work well in a teambased environment, sharing the load with the client floor team and being flexible with their availability

In line with the required legislation, a valid and current national criminal record check will be required as part of the standard recruitment and selection process for this position.
