We are seeking a temporary Stocktake Team Member to assist our team with the upcoming stocktake. As a Stocktake Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our stocktake process.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • **Stocktake Assistance**: Assist the Spotlight team in conducting the yearly stocktake, ensuring that all products are accurately counted and recorded.
  • **Quality Control**: Conduct quality control checks on products to ensure that they meet our high standards.
  • **Store Presentation**: Maintain the store's presentation standards prior to and after the stocktake.
  • **Teamwork**: Work collaboratively with the team to achieve our stocktake goals.

**Requirements**

  • **Attention to Detail**: Ability to follow direction and maintain attention to detail during the stocktake process.
  • **Efficient Working Pace**: Fast and efficient working pace to meet deadlines.
  • **Numeracy and Technology Skills**: Sound numeracy and technological skills to accurately record stocktake results.
  • **Communication Skills**: Ability to communicate effectively with internal team members and customers.
