Aston Carter have partnered with a Nationally recognised company within the Healthcare and Logistics industry to recruit a Junior Accounts Executive to join the team on a 6-month contract out of their Pemulwuy office.

This is a great opportunity to join a highly functional team and progress your career within Accounts Management.

The Opportunity
This opportunity has specifically been created to assist Principals in providing and maintaining exceptional logistics services to their clients.

As a Junior Accounts Executive you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask are essential for success in this role.

The Role
As a Junior Accounts Executive, your responsibilities will include:

  • Provide appropriate superior customer service & support to all inbound & internal enquiries with a will do can do attitude.
  • Manage all customer complaints professionally and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and complete principal requests by collaborating with internal departments.
  • Proactively develop a good understanding of all DPA Principals' daily operations and document outofscope processes.
  • Maintain and build strong relationships with Principals, internal departments, customers and wholesalers.
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining effective communication with relevant stakeholders.
  • Handle ADHOC duties such as reporting, archiving, contacting customers for supplyrelated issues and wholesaler delivery ETA's.

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Minimum 1 year in similar role.
  • Prior industry experience in logistics/supply chain or healthcare preferred.
  • High degree of computer literacy, including SAP and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Can do will do attitude.
  • High level of resilience.
  • Critical thinking and problemsolving skills.
