About the role
We're looking for a Territory Manager who is passionate about helping customers.

As a member of our team, you'll have the ownership and support you need to succeed, both from your leaders and your colleagues.

This role will be in Hobart.

Responsibilities

  • Service, maintain and grow the existing diverse Dulux Trade customer base in Hobart and surrounding regions; (occasionally overnight stays, approximately 1 night per month)
  • Predominately be out on road, visiting approximately half a dozen customers daily to influence buying habits and upsell premium brands
  • Spend approximately 1 day/week off the road, planning for the days ahead, booking sales meetings and diligently developing individual gap plans for key growth potential customers.

Skills & Experience

  • Highly developed sales skills, ideally in managing a territory
  • An ability to navigate obstacles, take ownership and be a selfstarter
  • Strong planning skills to be able to manage call cycles, leads and other daily tasks
  • Intermediate computer skills including Excel and CRM's
  • Ideally experience from within the building and construction industry
