Facilities Management – State Lead

Develop insights and trend analysis to identify actionable insights that drive cost savings, operational improvements, or risk reduction across the network Craft, develop and implement value-enhancing contractor KPIs which facilitate uplift in performance outcomes Ensure regulatory / statutory compliance activities are maintained across the portfolio Field, triage and resolve complex / long-standing building and equipment issues through a sound knowledge of design and operation, lifecycle, and total cost of ownership Prepare and manage OPEX and CAPEX spend to budget What's in your toolkit Demonstrated experience in delivering contract and / or facilities management across a multi-site network, with a focus on continuous improvement and quality Solid ability to drive and effect change through clear communication, fact-based insights, and stakeholder management skills Significant experience managing and prioritising workload in a fast-paced, retail environment Strong analytical capabilities, data-literate with the ability to interpret and translate ambiguous data / info into clear and logical reports which guide business direction Formal qualifications in engineering or facilities management desired, but not essential A demonstrated understanding of facilities within fuel, food or convenience sector.
