  • A great opportunity exists as a Data Analyst responsible for supporting General Insurance to deliver and create data solutions and reporting within the Partnership Crew. This role will work closely with Zurich's MGA partners and well as a large number of internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate the management and oversight of bordereaux files; track the delivery and processing of files received from our MGA / Claims TPA partners
  • Perform datarelated functions including: analysis, cleansing, mapping, and visualization
  • Identify business requirements to support data initiatives.
  • Support data focused initiatives and implementations.
  • Working with our Partners to identify and resolve data issues.
  • Look for continuous improvement and innovation in processes and insights driven by business need and advancements in technology.
  • Collaborate with data stakeholders to understand and translate business requirement into data management initiatives to achieve business goals.

  • Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science or Business related field and multiple years of experience in related field
  • Demonstrated experience in Influencing
  • The job's core deliverables rely on influencing or negotiating with a range of internal clients, usually at the line manager or employee level and external partners, usually MGAs
  • Experience in a similar analytical role, ideally with a focus on supporting a financial services business (Insurance industry experience would be a bonus)
  • Demonstrated ability in data reconciliation and data management
  • Demonstrated ability to perform data analysis, requirements gathering, workshop facilitation.
  • Good relationship skills promoting cooperation, collaboration or acceptance.
