What are we looking for:

  • Previous experience in customer service environment (retirement village, property services, hospitality, health, welfare, social and aged care services).
  • Tertiary qualifications that could be in Business Administration and or above service industries advantageous.
  • Knowledge of compliance requirements e.g. Retirement Villages Legislation and or willingness to learn.
  • Commitment to ongoing learning and development with participation in Leadership and Retirement Living training programs.
  • Ambition to grow with the business, to step up and support other villages to cover leave gaps short and longer term as required
  • Willingness to undergo key personnel checks such as insolvency check, NDIS Workers Screening checks etc.
