Reporting to the ESG Manager who is also based in our Brisbane office, this role will be responsible for facilitating the delivery of the sustainability framework and supporting the ESG team to drive desired sustainability outcomes across Cromwell.- Coordinate stakeholder engagement surveys, interviews and reviews;- Support the delivery of initiatives enhancing Cromwell's management of climate and nature related risks and opportunities;- Support the delivery of our Net Zero strategy;- Maintain high data quality in our property energy, water, waste and greenhouse gas emissions management and reporting tool;- Collate and process data across our annual reporting suite including ESG report, Annual report, Climate and Nature Financial Disclosures, Modern Slavery Act statement, Dow Jones Sustainability Index, GRESB and MSCI ESG benchmarks;- Coordinate annual supplier risk assessments for climate, nature, environment, modern slavery and human rights;- Support the development and maintenance of ESG stakeholder training, engagement and communications; and- Support the development of sustainability marketing material and update of public sustainability information.
