We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Business Partner to join our team on a permanent basis to support the business in its ongoing growth.
Using your recruitment knowledge and excellent interpersonal skills, you will partner with our leaders to advise and deliver best practice recruitment processes across all ATCO Australia divisions.

Support end-to-end recruitment processes for all blue and white collar positions across ATCO Australia's divisions. Apply innovative, best in class sourcing strategies to help promote our opportunities and attract and identify the best candidates for the role. Provide advice and guidance to leaders that supports our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives. Work in collaboration with the broader HR team in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives relating to attraction, recruitment, onboarding and retention.About you:
Strong experience delivering internal end-to-end recruitment services for both blue and white collar positions. Experience in supporting a geographically disperse stakeholder group located both interstate and in remote areas. Demonstrated experience and success in applying a variety of sourcing strategies leading to the identification of top talent. Proactive talent attraction: know what channels to use and how to engage and nurture talent. Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar discipline, highly desirable.Next Steps
