Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Recruitment Business Partner to join our team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will partner with our leaders to advise and deliver best practice recruitment processes across all ATCO Australia divisions.
Key Responsibilities- Support end-to-end recruitment processes for all blue and white collar positions across ATCO Australia's divisions.
- Apply innovative, best in class sourcing strategies to help promote our opportunities and attract and identify the best candidates for the role.
- Provide advice and guidance to leaders that supports our Diversity and Inclusion initiatives.
- Work in collaboration with the broader HR team in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives relating to attraction, recruitment, onboarding and retention.
- Strong experience delivering internal end-to-end recruitment services for both blue and white collar positions.
- Experience in supporting a geographically disperse stakeholder group located both interstate and in remote areas.
- Demonstrated experience and success in applying a variety of sourcing strategies leading to the identification of top talent.
- Proactive talent attraction: know what channels to use and how to engage and nurture talent.
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or similar discipline, highly desirable.
- A fantastic team culture both within the immediate HR team and the broader business.
- Flexible working arrangements including potential part time and working from home options.
- Whist the role is primarily based in Jandakot, our Mill Street office is also available as you partner with all divisions in the business.
- A variety of assignments from Entry/Blue collar to Senior Executive.
- Free parking (Jandakot) and a shuttle bus to the train (Cockburn Central).
- A high level of autonomy and ability to try new things.
