The Challenge


In this role, the Customer Journey Manager (CJM) Product Sales Specialist is part of the Digital Experience Cloud pre-sales team.

The role will focus exclusively on the CJM solutions supporting Account Executives (AE) sales efforts across major accounts on significant Enterprise deals.

What you'll do

Validated track record positioning Digital Marketing Software such as CJM, DXP, CDP, Analytics.

Ability to operate at C-Level within our customers (CIO, CTO, CMO)

Excellent networking ability with outstanding communication, presentation and negotiation skills


Strong understanding of enterprise sales and process as well as the ability to work in a highly matrixed team environment, partnering with all other organisations within Adobe including Sales, Engineering, Product and Marketing.
