We are expanding our experienced team at our Sydney CBD head office to seize these opportunities.

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic 360 Contract Recruiter to join our ICT market team, covering NSW, ACT, and QLD. The ideal candidate will manage a blend of existing clients and will actively pursue new business opportunities in related industries that can benefit from our specialized recruitment services.

Responsibilities:

  • Source and connect with ICT professionals.
  • Engage in business development activities.
  • Identify opportunities to connect with security-cleared, technical candidates in ICT and Cyber domains.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
  • Build a robust social media presence.

Skills & Experience

  • At least 1 year of recruitment agency experience preferred.
  • Understanding of ICT technologies.
  • Outcome-driven with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to engage with a diverse range of people.
  • Proactive and enthusiastic attitude.
