About the Position:

  • Take the helm in formulating and executing marketing strategies to ensure maximum reach and engagement with our target audience.
  • Craft compelling marketing materials and build on our brand with exciting event schedules.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain marketing strategies focused on growth while providing detailed return on investment measures.
  • Flexibility with office hours is up for discussion

  • Autonomous individual who demonstrates initiative with a handson approach
  • Your exceptional communication skills, including language proficiency and grammar, enable you to convey our message effectively.
  • Hard work and determination are second nature to you, fueling your drive for excellence your everyday work.
  • Expertise in the NDIS or Community industry will be beneficial but not essential.

Qualifications

  • Currently studying or completed a degree in Business and Marketing.

Requirements:

  • Graduated with Business Degree in Marketing as Major
  • Social Media competency
  • Experience in online Marketing is an advantage
  • Have experience using HubSpot CRM for marketing
  • Proficiency in photoshop, creative software, adobe suite and web editing would be advantageous
  • Digital competency in social media and visual communication is essential
  • Influencing skills, strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders would be desirable
  • High attention to details and thoroughness
