The Role:


As our Onboarding Team Leader, you will be able to put your passion for customer care and leadership skills to good use as you work closely with our customers to ensure the effortless installation of our products.

Our onboarding team will look to you to support and drive efficiency and continuous customer satisfaction

Some of what you'll be doing:

  • Driving the team to onboard all of our new customers
  • Ensuring installs are carried out within their allocated timeframe and providing regular updates to the customer along the way
  • Managing client pushback and identifying scheduling risks and communicating these to key stakeholders
  • Coaching, mentoring and supporting the onboarding technicians
  • Continuously working to improve efficiencies within onboarding

Your skills and experience:
  • Professional customer service experience, together with the ability to withstand a busy role
  • Experience in a fastpaced role with a people leadership component
  • Strong rapport and relationship building skills
  • IT literacy and ability to adapt to new technologies
  • A customer focused approach
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise and work across many Client accounts simultaneously
  • Knowledge of the healthcare market, particularly dentistry is advantageous
