About the Role: The position reports to the Control and Optimisation Manager, focusing on ensuring contract compliance, optimizing service delivery, and managing client relationships for the Macintyre Wind Farm operations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and adhere to HSEQ policies and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with contract terms.
  • Advise on contract matters and lead teams.
  • Manage facility services to meet standards.
  • Handle client and stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify and mitigate operational, financial, and compliance risks.
  • Manage contract finances, budgeting, and cost control.
  • Report financial performance and identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and implement commercial processes.
  • Contribute to long-term wind farm management planning.
  • Develop strategies for contract performance improvement.
  • Work cross-departmentally for successful contract delivery.
  • Prepare reports on contract performance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of contracts and operations.

Experience/Qualifications:
  • Tertiary degree in Business Management, Commerce, or Engineering.
  • 10+ years in commercial and contracts management.
  • Experience in the energy sector, particularly in renewable energy asset management.
  • Knowledge of engineering asset maintenance cycles.
  • Experience in managing complex contracts.
  • Proven ability to communicate complex issues and influence senior management.
  • Understanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and contract implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and relationship management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint; experience with ERP or CMMS tools.
