About the Role:


As Executive Assistant you will provide Senior Administrative support to the Executive General Manager (EGM) of Infrastructure, a large and dynamic portfolio of projects and people across Australia and New Zealand.

This key role within our largest business unit will provide proactive and efficient support to the EGM and general administration managing the day-to-day activities of the broader team.


Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Through developing a strong understanding of the business priorities, make decisions on behalf of the Executive in relation to scheduling depending upon current priorities
  • Analyse, prioritise and respond to communications on behalf of the Executive including escalating or delegating to other SLT members as appropriate
  • Manage the office administration support for the Business Unit or Department including Personal Assistants and Team Assistants
  • Provide administrative support, such as preparation of correspondence, presentations, marketing material and reports for current and potential customers
  • Develop and maintain the records management system, ensuring that information is accurate, upto
- date and stored safely. Quality preparation of reports, presentations, agendas, meeting minutes and appropriate distribution to team members.

  • Collaborate and develop strong relationships with Executive Assistants to ensure seamless support for all Executives. This may include attending Executive Assistant meetings, planning organisation wide events which involve the Executives and identifying opportunities for improvement in the corporate and regional offices
