The company has two producing assets:
Golden Grove in Western Australia and Capricorn Copper in Queensland and a strategic tenement package and project in Redhill, Chile.
Our Golden Grove mine is located just a short 1-hour flight from Perth or Geraldton.With a 10 year mine life, our high-grade resource is supported by modern infrastructure providing a platform for future growth.
We are currently seeking a Process Operator to join our Golden Grove team.This is a great opportunity to join a friendly and experienced team, providing operational skills to the production of zinc, lead and copper concentrates in a safe, cost effective and environmentally friendly manner.
This is a permanent position, offered on a 2:2 roster, with a convenient 1- hour commute to Golden Grove mine site from Perth or Geraldton.
- Ensuring hazards and sources of loss associated within the process and workplace are identified, reported and controlled;
- Ensuring safe, effective and efficient operations of the plant;
- Operating plant and equipment within prescribed targets and parameters in order to assist site with achieving production targets;
- Completing shift log sheets, reports and record all daily variances; and
- Conducting cleanup duties where required to ensure plant equipment is functioning properly and safely.
What we are looking for:
- Proven experience in Crushing, Grinding, Flotation, CHF and Dewatering circuits;
- Processing control and reporting systems;
- Use of Yokogawa DCS or similar (preferable);
- Familiarity with the Mines Safety and Inspection Act and Regulations;and
HRWL
- Forklift, EWP, Working at heights, Confined Space entry.
