Process Operator

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled Process Operator to join our team at CoreStaff. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our plant.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Provide a Safe Work Environment**: Implement and deliver compliance with our Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) plans and management systems.
- **Hazard Identification and Reporting**: Identify, report, and rectify hazards to ensure a safe working environment.
- **Compliance with Policies**: Comply with all health and safety, environmental, and regulatory policies of the operating plant.
- **Production Targets**: Operate and monitor control systems to ensure production targets are met safely.
- **Process Development**: Develop operating methods and procedures in collaboration with the process operation teams.
**Requirements:**
- **Physical Fitness**: Be physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment.
- **Loader Ticket**: Hold a current Loader Ticket.
- **Communication Skills**: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- **Relocation**: Live within 30 minutes of the Bunbury region.
- **Transportation**: Own reliable transportation.
- **Medical and Screening**: Must be able to complete a Pre-Employment Medical and Drug and Alcohol Screen.
- **Police Clearance**: Must have a clear Police Clearance.
- **Working Rights**: Must have full working rights within Australia.
