Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that all process operations are conducted in accordance with established procedures and protocols, with a focus on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of process operators to achieve their full potential, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety protocols are followed, and that the work environment is safe and healthy for all employees.
  • Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reports to management on process performance, and communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a process operations role, with a strong background in chemical and mechanical processes.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong understanding of process operations, with experience in process optimization and improvement.
  • Education: Certificate IV in Leadership and Management, or equivalent.
  • Other Requirements: Current and valid Australian Manual Driver's Licence, and experience with shift work and rostering planning.
