About the role

Our project delivery team are looking for a Completions Manager, with particular skills in effective communication and the ability to read, interpret and understand documentation.

This role sits in the award-winning team at our Southern Program Alliance and has arisen due to an internal transfer.

As the Completions Manager, you will undertaking an essential function working with project stakeholders and the alliance completions team.

You will ensure all responsibilities have been finalized to meet the requirements of the project before hand over of the asset to the relevant stakeholder.


On a day-to-day basis, you will find yourself:

  • Following processes and procedures to enable each asset to be handed over to the relevant stakeholder
  • Negotiating with stakeholders to gain their acceptance and endorsement of assets


This is a three (3) year fixed term position, paying a salary between $129,379 and $173,138 plus superannuation with hybrid working arrangement (a mix of office and home/remote based working).

The offices you will be working from are in Moorabbin (two days per week) and the Melbourne CBD office (once per week).

You will also have the option to access flexible working arrangements if you need them - many LXRP employees work flexibly.

About you
You are someone that loves a challenge and can be assertive and hold others accountable.

You might be working as a Senior Project Engineer and looking to round out your experience or you may have transferrable skills that you think we should know about.
