We are excited to be working with a reputable banking and financial services company based in Sydney CBD. The role is a 12 month fixed term contract. This contractor role aims to provide a high level of administrative support to the team of research professionals.

You must possess high level written and verbal communication skills, computer skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide extensive secretarial support to research team including general duties
  • Handle communications on behalf of the research associates
  • Coordinate and manage meeting and event logistics
  • Keeping up to date with office procedures, policy guidelines and compliance requirements
  • Assistance with business continuity plans, procedures and coordination
  • Maintain confidentiality and privacy with respect to sensitive information
  • Assist with adhoc projects

Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant administrative support experience from financial institutions
  • Experience with high efficiency and accuracy of typing and word processing
  • Experience in diary and travel management
  • Concur system experience desired
  • Excellent communication skills
