Bring your enthusiasm for merchandise and organisational skills to our team as a Merchandise Administrator We are seeking for a key member who is driven, passionate and eager to strive for great excellence and has an eye for detail.

You will be responsible for managing and maintaining our product data, ensuring accuracy is achieved across all systems and overseeing all buying support functions within Freedom.

What you'll be doing

  • Oversee and be responsible for the complete and accurate setting up in all key systems of new products purchased across all categories. Take ultimate responsibility for the Product Master Data within the merchandise team.
  • Support the product managers to execute all administration tasks required to achieve critical timelines for all new products.
  • Support the product training team, ensuring that all data provided is accurate to maximise sales through both retail and online.
  • Assist the Merchandise Manager doing audits of the PIM Database ensuring all items are in line with business standards, all data dimensions, costs, supplier codes are accurate and do not delay suppliers or logistic partners.
  • Perform ad hoc duties and support the Merchandise department when required.
Who you are

  • Strong and efficient attention to detail and manage time effectively.
  • Highly analytical and being able to problem solve and make informative decisions
  • 1 + years of administration experience and liaising with overseas suppliers.
  • Knowledge of Sku creation process.
  • Enthusiastic, passionate, and driven to work in a fun and dynamic team.
