Your opportunity to join us at Murarrie

We have an opportunity for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Officer to join us at our Murarrie site. This role will see you partner with our Operations and Farming leaders across Queensland and Western Australia attracting and recruiting key talent into their teams.

In this role, you will span all salaried and wages recruitment across both States. You will work with stakeholders to understand their requirements, set sourcing strategies, share analytics and insights as well as drive initiatives including I,E&D and process improvement.

Our Talent Acquisition team is structured to allow our Senior TA Officers nationally to draw on support from a team of TA Resourcers who are primarily focused on helping recruit our high-volume wages roles.

We're looking for someone with a strong Talent Acquisition background who enjoys being in a fast-paced environment that requires strong time management skills and the ability to align stakeholder expectations. You will be comfortable operating autonomously, act with curiosity, enjoy making a difference, and think creatively about attracting talent.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for operations and farming
  • Provide clear direction and guidance to the TA Resourcer supporting volume recruitment for the States
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements, providing guidance and advice
  • Manage candidate relationships ensuring positive experiences for all
  • Generate contracts and support leaders in ensuring candidates have a positive and seamless onboarding process
  • Contribute to monthly TA reporting and insights shared with our CPO
  • Assist with projects across the TA team

Key requirements:

  • Experience managing end to end recruitment in a high-volume environment – agency or internal
  • A passion for recruitment with a strong desire to broaden your experience
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a diverse group of stakeholders
  • A friendly, driven and goal-oriented approach with strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise, influence and respectfully challenge hiring managers
  • Sound organisational and time management skills with high attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously
