About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve sales targets by developing competitive and profitable sales proposals and tender documents.
  • Supports our Dealer Network to achieve departmental sales budget and business plan.
  • Increase sales revenue by supporting dealers to grow business in respective territories.
  • Continually nurtures personal relationships with Dealers and support to increase sales and grow the Dealers business.
  • Identify new sales opportunities in the respective markets and work with the Sales Manager to convert opportunities into sales.
  • Management of our CRM systems to track activity in sales channel.
  • Become the go to person, for both internal and external stakeholders for account related queries.
  • Reach out to dealers on a regular basis seeking information and status on their yearly sales targets.
  • Maintaining regular followup with Project Management team to achieve smooth operation processes.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within our sales and account management processes.
  • Measure and track territory performances and establish working plans, to turn around underperforming areas. Take a proactive approach to understanding each dealer's unique business' and then with consultation with the sales manager, facilitate initiatives to help them improve.

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a sales role in the Rural Infrastructure industry experience in the water storage industry will be highly regarded.
  • Proven sales or account management success
  • Strong customers service, interpersonal and relationship building skills with the ability to communicate, negotiate and develop a strong rapport with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Understanding of CRM systems, Microsoft suit and social media platforms.
  • Analytical aptitude, with demonstrated experience in business mapping and execution.
  • Results driven attitude. Is a team player and is comfortable working in a closenit and open plan office environment.
