Specialist Disability Accommodation apartments where residents will enjoy independent living with 24/7 supports available. Each apartment is designed to be homely, inviting, accessible and cater for changing needs.


MS Queensland is a not-for-profit organisation providing specialised services to benefit people living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) and other neurological conditions.

At the heart of our work is achieving our mission of a world free from MS and finding a cure is the commitment of our people.


About the role:

  • Provide high quality personal care and put customers first, in accordance with their care plan and roster.
  • Support customers in everyday life and domestic activities (i.e. shopping, housework, washing etc.).
  • Assist customers in health management through the provision of exercise therapy and medication.
  • Enable customers to achieve personal goals and engage in the community.
  • Embrace feedback and the value in continuous improvement of all aspects of your role and broader business processes.
  • Our accommodation sites are operational 24/7 and as such, Support Workers will be required to work across these hours.

About you

  • Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, Allied Health Assistance or training or relevant experience in a related field.
  • Experience supporting customers to live independently in their homes and in the community.
  • A good sense of judgement, common sense, and values.
  • Demonstrated knowledge working with care plans.
  • NDIS Disability Worker Screening Check clearance. clearance.
