Utilise your
customer service and
administrative skills as the first point of contact between business, clients and guests. At the front desk reception, you are responsible for dealing with a wide variety of guests and visitors.
In this role, you will report and provide support to
the Executive Assistant, have
lots of variety in
managing the front-of-house and
offering admin support for the wider business.
Duties:
- Managing the reception and frontofhouse
- Provide adhoc administrative support to the wider team
- Maintaining the office area and equipment
- Managing the meeting rooms, bookings, and directors' diaries
- Supporting the Executive Assistants of the business when required
- Keep updated records of office expenses and costs
Skills & experience:
- Experience within a similar position
- High attention to detail
- Have a
warm and personal approach:
Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal- Knowledge of the
Microsoft Software Packages - Great personal and professional standards
