Australian owned and operated, with a strategy for growth, they are now looking for an experienced Despatch Officer to join their busy and established team.

The role


Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will have responsibility for ensuring the efficient and accurate coordination of finished goods to customers - from large retailers through to independent retailers.

Part of this role will require you to drive constant communication with 3rd party logistics suppliers & customers while interacting and building strong internal stakeholder relationships.


Selection criteria:

  • Previous experience as a Despatch Officer in a fast paced warehouse environment


 Computer literate
  • Pronto system experience highly desirable
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills internal and external relationship management
  • Customer centric approach
  • High attention to detail
